On the evening of June 12, 1950, Fanny Brice agreed to play the role of Baby Snooks for an experimental telecast to see if the audience would accept a grown woman, in a child's dress, would accept the suspension of disbelief and enjoy the same little girl comedy she did for decades on radio. Reviews were mixed and Brice passed away before she could reprise the role for television a second time. This DVD includes that live telecast, along with three bonus TV goodies including an episode of THE ALAN YOUNG SHOW, sponsored by Esso Gasoline
